In order to make Fox Valley Pride a safe, fun, and inclusive event for everyone involved, all attendees (including performers, volunteers, and vendors) will be expected to follow our event guidelines. Individuals who choose to not follow our rules and regulations may be asked to leave, and escorted from the event by security personnel. Fox Valley Pride Rules and Regulations:
1.) No Hate Policy: In order to provide a safe environment for LGBTQIA2S+ community members and allies, actions, remarks, and clothing promoting hateful rhetoric will not be tolerated, including (but not limited to) racism, homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, ableism, sexism, xenophobia, fatphobia, and classism.
2.) Harassment Policy: Any physical and sexual harassment will result in immediate discharge from the event, and potential engagement from the Appleton Police Department.
3.) Drugs and Alcohol Policy: No patrons may consume alcohol or use illegal substances at the event. The following are permitted within a safe distance from other attendees: smoking, vaping
4.) Family Friendly Atmosphere: Fox Valley Pride is intended to be a safe experience for LGBTQIA2S+ community members and allies of all ages. Performances and event activities are designed to be appropriate for attendees under the age of 18. Excessive profanity, nudity, or sexually suggestive behavior will not be tolerated.
5.) Report: If you witness any behavior at the event that goes against the event rules and regulations, please report it immediately to an event organizer.
