How do I get to the event?
For most attendees, it will be easiest to get to the event via the stairs and ADA accessible ramp down from Lawrence Street (next to the Fox Cities Exhibition Center). For more information about the venue and directions, see the Venue page.

Can I set up a vendor booth?
Registration for vendor booths is located on our website www.fvpride.org/vendors. Vendor applications close about two weeks prior to the event.
Can I perform at the event?
As of right now, we have booked all of our featured performers for the event. However, you can send contact information to hello@fvpride.org and we will reach out for future opportunities!
Are carry-ins allowed?
Picnic lunches, carry in foods, and carry-in non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Carry-in alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Please be courteous and consider shopping our local food vendors to support their partnership with the festival.
What items are ok and not ok to carry-in?
OK Items include: personal umbrellas (be courtesy of those that need to see the performers), lawn chairs, coolers, personal non-glass bottles for water refills, wagons, pride giveaways or items to exchange, bags, camera's (please ask permission to take pictures of people before you do so, courtesy), cash, credit cards, and all other items allowed under the City of Appleton Parks policies.
NOT OK Items include: Weapons of any kind, large standing umbrellas, tents/canopies/shaded devices (except vendors) that will block the view of others, pets of any kind (except those designated service), boomboxes or other audio amplification, megaphones, fireworks, glass bottles, hate.
Is there water available at the venue?
Yes. There is a water fountain near the pavilion and the water from the bathroom sinks is potable (City of Appleton water).
There will be water and hydration sticks available at the HQ for a suggested donation
Water may be distributed for free by vendors
Water is available for purchase at the food trucks.
Can allies attend?
Absolutely! WE are ALL Fox Valley Pride!
How much does the festival entry cost?
Thanks to our fabulous sponsors (www.fvpride.org/sponsors), the festival is FREE for all attendees.
Can I bring my pet to the park?
In accordance with the City of Appleton Parks ordinances, only pets designated as service animals are allowed in city parks.
Will there be food and beverages available for purchase?
Yes! We have a variety of food trucks available for tasty treats and we have partnered with McFleshman's Brewing Co. to provide beer, alcoholic seltzer's, and non-alcoholic options for your pleasure!
What if it rains or there is inclement weather?
The event is rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather an announcement will be made via our Facebook event page as to cancellation, postponement, and other details to seek shelter.
Is there security at the event?
Absolutely. We contract with Star Protection & Patrol to ensure your safety; including well-trained, inclusive personnel that will be both affirming and supportive of the LGBTQIA2S+ community in your protection.
