Hello Vendors! Please read ALL of the information below. It has a lot of info!

LOAD IN TIME

9:30-11am at the Jones Park Parking Lot

If you want to bring your car into the Jones Park Parking Lot to unload, the window is 9:30-11am. you MUST BE FINISHED UNLOADING and move your car out of the lot by 11am. At 11am Food Trucks and the stage equipment will be arriving, and the parking lot will be closed to all others, and cars. You may NOT leave your car in the lot. The entrance to the parking lot in Jones Park is located on S. Rocky Bleier Run (underneath the Oneida St. Bridge) down by the river.

Where to set up

Please check the map (attached) for your number to get an idea of your location. We will have maps and number assignments with us to help as well.

A flag marking your spot will be at the front left post of where your tent should be (if you are inside your tent looking out). (see diagram below)

Event officially starts at 1pm, please be finished setting up and ready to go by 12:30.

Info Booth Take Down

Info booths - if you want to leave early, you may start to take down after Rai Hudson finishes performing (around 6-6:15ish), but before the Drag Show starts if possible, at 6:30. You are also welcome to just stay until the end at 8pm too if you like! If you can't take down in those 30 minutes, please stay so that performances aren't interrupted. Unfortunately the parking lot will not be open until after 8pm, so if you leave early you will have to haul your items out, so I recommend bringing a cart, or wagon. If you wait until 8, you may bring your car into the lot to load out.

Art/Craft/Seller Booths Take Down

If you are selling items, you are asked to stay until the end of the event at 8pm. Break down your booth first, then if you want to pull your car into the lot, the barricades will be removed after 8pm.

General reminder

We do NOT provide tables, chairs, tents, etc.

Labeled the unloading zone for vendors in the morning 9:30-11am right side of the map (the parking lot is under an overpass) you get to it by way of Water Street and S Rocky Bleier Run.

Yellow is the Jones Park Parking Lot - unloading from 9:30-11am

Green highlighted area to the north is a parking garage (in google maps its called the "Red Ramp") probably a good spot to park after unloading

Blue is the north entrance of the park, it has a large zigzag ramp, or stairs, so it's less ideal to load in from that direction, but I've done it in a pinch!

Vendor space size - you can for sure fit a 10x10 tent, I will try to give about 12 feet to have some leeway. 

April 30 = priority deadline (applications after that date will be considered as space allows)

• Nonprofit = $35 suggested donation

• Small Business = $65 fee

• Corporation = $125 fee
