Please be aware that the Pride Promenade will take place during the Appleton Farmer's Market. June 21st is also the Kid's Farmer's Market and Make Music Day. The following rules must be adhered to in accordance with local ordinance:

1. No megaphones

2. No nudity

3. Participants must follow the promenade path and walk together as a group from start to finish

4. Participants may not consume alcohol

5. Participants may not throw or give away candy

6. Participants must comply with all City of Appleton ordinances, Outagamie County ordinances, and agree to provide an all-inclusive experience for all ages as minors may be present along the promenade route

7. Participants must refrain from engaging with Farmer's Market vendors, attendees, or other individuals who may engage participants

8. Participants promenade at their own discretion, risk, and indemnify and hold harmless Fox Valley Pride, the City of Appleton, Appleton Downtown Inc., and vendors of the Appleton Farmer's Market of any loss, damages, or injury in the event of such occurrences.
